3. User Accounts
3.1 Expertini Network Accounts
When you create an account on Expertini.co.uk, you are creating an Expertini Network Account that works across all our platforms. You agree to:

3.3 Account Termination

- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity

- Create multiple accounts or engage in account sharing

Account termination applies across all Expertini platforms.
4. User Conduct

- Impersonate any person, entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame other users or employers

- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards

- Transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, or any harmful code
- Interfere with platform functionality, security, or server infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
- Engage in activities that increase our carbon footprint or waste resources
5. Specific User Obligations

If you post jobs on Expertini.co.uk or any Expertini platform, you agree to:
- Post only legitimate, lawful jobs with accurate descriptions
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics (race, gender, age, etc.)

- Not misrepresent your company, position, or employment conditions
- Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner

- Notify Expertini immediately if a posting becomes filled or is no longer valid
5.2 For Uk Professionals
If you search for or apply to jobs, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information in your applications and profile
- Not submit fraudulent credentials, certifications, work history, or references
- Respect employer requirements, application processes, and communication protocols
- Not apply to positions for which you are clearly unqualified or ineligible
- Maintain professionalism in all communications with employers and recruiters
- Understand that applications may be processed via Expertini.Com's secure system
- Not misuse the platform for spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Expertini Network Content
Expertini.co.uk, the Expertini Network, and all associated content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Expertini Limited and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

- No warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of jobs information
- No guarantee of employment outcomes, interviews, job offers, or career advancement
- No warranty of compatibility with all devices, browsers, or operating systems
- No guarantee of uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or virus-free service
- No warranty of specific results, success, or benefits from using our platform
- No guarantee that employers will respond to applications or conduct fair hiring processes
Use of Expertini.co.uk and the Expertini Network is entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Expertini.co.uk, Expertini Limited, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings
- Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data or information
- Employment disputes, discrimination claims, or workplace issues between users and employers
- Actions, omissions, misrepresentations, or fraudulent conduct of third parties (employers, recruiters, other users)
- Unauthorized access to your account, data breaches, or cybersecurity incidents
- Decisions made by employers, including hiring, rejection, or termination decisions
- Force majeure events, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, or government actions
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY to you for all claims arising from your use of Expertini.co.uk or the Expertini Network shall NOT EXCEED the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) $100 USD.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expertini.co.uk, Expertini Limited, all Expertini Network platforms, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or employment rights

12. Payments and Subscriptions
If you purchase premium services, employer subscriptions, or other paid features on Expertini.co.uk or any Expertini platform:
- Payments are securely processed through certified third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal)
- All fees are stated in your currency and are non-refundable unless required by law or our refund policy
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand
- You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your account settings
- Expertini may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government charges
- Payment failures may result in service suspension until payment is received
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

18. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without Expertini's prior written consent. Expertini may freely assign these Terms without restriction, including to any affiliate, successor entity, or purchaser of our business or assets. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
