Key Responsibilities Zoho Administration & Development
- Manage and administer the complete Zoho suite across all group companies.
- Design develop and maintain custom workflows automations and business processes.
- Configure and customize Zoho applications including:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Desk
- Zoho People
- Zoho Projects
- Zoho Forms
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho Sign
- Zoho Campaigns
- Other Zoho One applications as required.
- Develop custom applications and modules using Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator.
- Analyze existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
