Job Description
The Zoho Books Functional Consultant will assist in and lead Zoho Books implementation projects under the guidance of senior consultants. The role involves gathering and documenting client requirements through discovery calls, workshops, and business discussions, performing gap analysis, and supporting the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). The consultant will configure Zoho Books modules, including Invoicing, Expenses, Banking, Payroll, and other relevant features, while designing workflows and implementing automations to streamline business processes. The candidate will maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, track project milestones, proactively identify and escalate risks, conduct end-user training sessions, and support post-implementation handover and stabilization to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
