助理项目经理/项目经理 - 弱电专业 Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager - ELV

岗位职责

• 全程负责项目弱电/智能化系统（含BAS、安防、消防报警、综合布线、门禁、监控等）从设计、招采、施工到调试交付的全过程管理。
• 参与智能化需求调研及方案设计评审，确保系统定位符合项目运维需求。
• 编制弱电招标技术文件，主导技术评标及厂家方案比选。
• 跟踪弱电设备生产、到货及安装进度，协调与强电、暖通等专业的界面配合。
• 监督现场管线敷设、设备安装及系统调试，确保功能与性能达标。
• 组织系统联动测试（含与消防、安防、BA的联动逻辑验证）。
• 管控弱电系统变更，评估对功能及成本的影响。
• 向项目决策层定期汇报弱电进度及风险。
• 组织竣工资料（含点位表、逻辑图、操作手册等）汇编。
• 作为弱电专业接口人，统筹设计院、顾问、弱电承包商及系统集成商。

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for ELV/intelligent systems (BAS, security, fire alarm, structured cabling, access control, CCTV, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
• Participate in user requirement surveys and design reviews, ensuring system positioning meets the project's O&M needs.
