Job Description
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
Location: Bukit Batok
Working hours: Mon to Thursday (8am to 6pm) / (8:30am - 6:30pm), Friday (8am to 5pm) (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Responsibilities- Develop individualise care plans for residents
- Execute the care plan and monitor progress
- Coordinate care for residents with relevant stakeholder
- Degree in Social Work
- Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field
