Night Receptionist – Star Arctic Hotel

Star Arctic Hotel is located in the mountain scenery of Saariselkä, on the summit of Kaunispää, in Finnish Lapland. The hotel offers guests high‑quality accommodation, a restaurant and activity services amidst the unique nature of Lapland. An international clientele comes to experience the magic of Lapland, the Northern Lights, and Arctic adventures, and our reception team ensures that every guest feels welcome around the clock.

The employment begins approximately on 15 November 2026 and continues until 31 March 2027. The working hours are 90 hours over 3 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the hotel’s main contact during the night shift, ensuring smooth reception operation and a safe night environment.
• Monitor reservations, prepare for upcoming arrivals and schedules, and handle other administrative tasks during the night.
