Customise and run UPLIFT programmes with vendors; manage resources and track student progress.

Conduct twice-weekly student check-ins and follow-up support .

Provide individual and group support for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.

Build positive relationships and apply early intervention strategies.

Conduct workshops for students and staff

Collaborate with Year Heads, Counsellors, Form Teachers, and programme providers to monitor progress.

Report student progress regularly

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
