Job Description
Responsibilities
- Connect with identified students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration (≈ 6 months), build positive relationships and contribute to their holistic development.
- Provide academic and/or socio‑emotional support during curriculum hours if students are unable to integrate back to class or catch up due to absences.
- Conduct house visits and ferry identified students to school if student is absent from school for more than 3 days without valid reasons (more details will be shared upon award).
- Plan and conduct intervention programmes customised to students’ needs and aligned to the school’s efforts in character development after school on Tuesdays, which include but are not limited to:
- Academic support programme
- Mentoring programme
- Engagement programme
- Observe/identify and document the key needs of the students and report such cases to the Year Heads / Assistant Year Heads...
