Youth Sports and Fitness Assistant (Equipment & Facilities)

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the 31 Force Support Squadron, Aviano Youth Programs. Directly supports the Youth Director in the daily operations of the youth sports program. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for Air Force NAF benefits (such as: earning annual and sick leave, Health (to include Dental and Vision) Insurance, Life Insurance, Air Force 401k and Retirement. Responsibilities Typical duties may include issuing recreation equipment, maintain hand receipts and collects all inventoried items after damage inspection, maintain status of fields/facilities, and interacts with families.Identifies age-appropriate equipment for procurement, selects vendor, purchases gear/equipment when needed.
