Youth Psychology & Soft Skills Lecturer

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an experienced candidate for a teaching role focused on psychology and soft skills in Singapore. The successful candidate will conduct lessons for both Pre‑Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) students, develop teaching materials, and enhance curriculum based on recent trends.

With a background in psychology or counselling, the right individual will help nurture youth through innovative teaching approaches and collaborate on community and student development initiatives. A strong emphasis will be placed on engaging with the industry to support relevant mental wellness projects.
