Job Description

What we are looking for:
NRC Mozambique is seeking a Youth Programme Development Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of a youth programme, initially starting in one location. This programme aims to provide young people with education and development opportunities while supporting them in pursuing pathways in education, livelihoods, and social engagement. The role’s primary purpose is to provide technical leadership in establishing the youth programme in Mozambique.

What you will do:
Setup and recruit the Youth program team structure and directly manage the implementation of the program in line with approved grant.
Overall responsibility for the Youth program budget (. budget holder of Youth program budget lines).
Maintain existing programme partnerships and identify opportunities for partnership based on identified need and programme strategy.
