Youth Justice Worker

We have an excellent opportunity for 2 Youth Justice Workers to join our Prevention and Youth Justice Service Team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a 12 month, Fixed-Term or Permanent Contract.

As Youth Justice Worker, you will support children's shift to a pro-social identity to prevent them from (re)offending, while supervising children and supporting victims to ensure we keep children, victims and communities safe. You'll work within the Children Services team, contributing to building a culture of excellence in youth justice practice while championing equity, inclusion and trauma-responsive approaches throughout all aspects of case management and intervention delivery.
