Youth Guidance & Support Specialist

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Welfare/Residents Care Worker for a Residential Treatment Centre to supervise residents and support their daily activities.

You will assist residents with daily needs, promote their welfare and safety, and work as a mentor while collaborating with the treatment team to implement care plans. Experience with at-risk youth, counselling basics, and flexibility for 3 shifts including weekends are required.
