Broome Residential College is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Youth Development Officer.
The Role
The Youth Development Officer plays a key role in enhancing student wellbeing, engagement and participation by planning, coordinating and delivering a range of recreational, cultural and wellbeing programs. This includes organising activities, camps, outings and targeted initiatives that promote resilience, positive behaviour and meaningful connections to school and community.
Working collaboratively with the College Manager, staff, families and external service providers, the role supports students through individual, small-group and whole-of-college programs.
