Yield Process Engineer

Position: Yield Development Engineer (YDD Engineer) – Photonics Platform Business Group

We are seeking a highly experienced Yield Development Engineer (YDD Engineer) to join our Photonics Platform Business Group. This role is responsible for driving yield learning and yield ramp for advanced semiconductor and photonic devices, enabling successful transition from R&D into scalable, high‑volume manufacturing. The YDD Engineer will work closely with process integration, module, design, and manufacturing teams to identify yield limiters, implement corrective actions, and establish robust, manufacturable processes.
