Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with all functional areas, including Manufacturing, Product Development, and Senior Leadership, to ensure effective communication and alignment on quality and process improvement initiatives.
Process Integration and Improvement:
Drive process integration efforts between facilities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Lead and support continuous improvement activitiesfrom Extrusion to finished yarn production.
