Yardscape Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting yardscape, landscaping, and outdoor products.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and pricing details.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
• Maintain showroom or yard displays to ensure products are well-presented.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service; landscaping or construction materials experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
