Yardi Techno-Functional (Accounting and E-Invoicing)

Core Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on Yardi experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, GL, VAT, tax invoices, credit notes, advances, retentions, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Ability to understand Yardi data structures, source fields, reports, extracts, interfaces, staging requirements, API/file‑based integration support, error handling, and integration issue resolution.
• Support UAE e‑invoicing readiness, mapping, testing, integration validation, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Yardi Voyager or relevant Yardi modules used for real estate, leasing, property management, billing, AR, AP, and GL.
• Strong accounting background with practical understanding of journals, VAT, receivables, payables, revenue, advances, retention, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
