Yard and Drive Thru Team Leader

You’ll lead and develop our vital front-line team in our Yard & Drive Thru department which is the heart of our branch.

Daily you will be responsible for:

• Driving excellent customer service to our building and trade customers when they come through our timber yard area.
• Controlling Inventory and stock management with the use of continuous improvement techniques
• Leading, mentoring and developing the yard & drive thru team
• General maintenance to ensure Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are exceeded
