Position Description: Partner with xPL fabrication facility (“plant”) leadership and superintendents to execute safe, high-quality, and efficient production operations in alignment with plant goals and customer requirements. Lead daily production planning, workflow coordination, and team development for schedule adherence, maximize throughput, and establish zero-incident culture. Serve as key resource to engage teams to deliver consistent, reliable, and on-time fabrication output.
