Process weekly counter orders and internal orders.
Oversee order processing in 3PL, closely track the delivery status, ensure on-time delivery to customers
Solve problems during the order processing and delivering
Deal with the complaints for abnormal delivery (shortage/damage/loss of goods)
Prepare billing list for distributor’s delivery, notify the finance to issue the VAT invoice
Arrange inbound delivery (domestic purchase & stock return)
Monitor the performance of 3PL, monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of guidelines & procedures
Stock count (mid & end year, stock disposals)

HP Registration

Arrange payment for HP registration related expense.
Notify relevant parties about the HP release
