Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand and effectively implement the organization’s SHMS at site;
- Plan, organize and manage EHS promotional activities within the site to cultivate good EHS practices;
- Provide reasonably practicable and effective EHS recommendations to team members to ensure compliance to legal and other requirements;
- Motivate, coach and counsel on EHS matter to site workforce on an on-going basis with particular regard for recalcitrant personnel;
- Co-ordinate the work of team members, allocate tasks and provide effective supervision;
- Lead the risk assessment team at site;
- Participate as a risk management team member in the corporate RM organization;
- Brief project manager/ project team periodically on the execution status of the overall safety program;
- Carry out safety orientations and to conduct daily safety toolbox meeting (if required);
