Job Description
Become a part of SE Health as a specialized Nurse in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence within Simcoe County's community. This part-time position offers a lucrative sign-on bonus and excellent benefits.
As a part of the WOC Team, you will perform specialized care assessments for clients dealing with ostomies and wounds. This role requires you to formulate care plans and conduct evaluations alongside interprofessional collaboration. Participate in knowledge dissemination and facilitate training for ongoing improvements in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients' needs with wound and ostomy issues
• Develop holistic care plans collaboratively
• Mentor team members and provide educational support
• Drive program development and quality monitoring
• Engage in research-based practice and presentations
