About the Position
As R&D Manager, you will be responsible for both improving our existing product portfolio and developing new products. As a member of the management team, you will contribute to SERO’s strategic direction and continued growth. The position is located in Billingstad, Norway, close to Oslo.
Your Responsibilities
Lead an R&D team of four researchers, including personnel responsibility
Design and manage the research and development strategy
Prioritize and follow up on product ideas and the development pipeline
Manage product development from concept to launch, with a focus on quality and timelines
Collaborate effectively with the commercial team
