World Modeling Research Engineer - Scalable AI Pipelines

Institute of Foundation Models in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Research Engineer to advance PAN world models—embodied, contextual reasoning beyond language. You will build scalable video data pipelines, preprocess and synthesize data at scale, and support multimodal model training across large clusters.

You’ll optimize training/inference, collaborate with researchers, and help productionize prototypes with robust tooling and documentation.
