Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the case management team to work up settlement-eligible clients
- Evaluate decision points by reviewing notes, medical records, and related documentation
- Manage client interactions during the settlement offer process
- Coordinate with Case Managers, legal assistants, and other team members
- Serve as an on-call attorney as part of a regular elevation rotation
- Interact with clients, outside counsel, experts, and vendors to support case resolution
- Contribute to refining the firm’s settlement processes
