A well-established industrial pumps company based in Johannesburg North, supplying technically advanced products for a variety of industries and applications, is seeking a Workshop/Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Minimum Matric with an applicable Trade Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Workshop/Service Manager.
• Good technical knowledge of pumps, welding, repairs, baseplate assembly, etc.
• Previous experience managing a team with strong leadership skills.
• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD would be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently.
