Workshop Technician

Swindon

Salary: £27,500-28,500 (OTE 32k+). No weekends. Days‑based shift 8am‑4:30pm, 40hrs + flexible start/finish. Optional paid overtime, training, pension, holiday.

Responsibilities

• Repair and basic welding on mechanical products.
• Maintain workshop equipment and inventory.
• Work as part of a small team of workshop technicians.
• Follow health and safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG welding or mechanical repair.
• Experience handling mechanical repairs desirable.
• Recent college or trainee graduates encouraged.
• Willingness to be trained.
• Live locally to Swindon.
