Workshop Team Lead: Fleet Readiness & Safety

Tourism Holdings Ltd in Queenstown seeks a fixed-term, full-time Workshop Team Leader to guide our workshop crew and ensure rental fleet is road-ready, safe, and sparkling. You’ll lead a 5–15 person team, coordinate daily workloads, and role-model best practices in safety, quality, and customer experience.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train and develop staff across shifts.
