Workshop Service Technician | Safety Devices

Reporting into the Workshop Team Leader, the Workshop Service Technician will be based at our Notting Hill head office and enjoy flexibility (hours and RDOs). You will play a key role in taking care of technical assistance for internal stakeholders and our customers’ products service work, and presales requirements.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Maintenance, repair, and testing of safety devices for customers;
• Ensure timely completion of service work and associated records and reports;
• Provide technical assistance to Field Service Technicians and Territory Managers;
• Assess incoming jobs and provide feedback to customers if there are any anticipated delays;
• Conduct presales service work when requested and assist with maintaining database of customer presales requirements;
