Workshop Operator

We are looking to hire a Workshop Operator to support our rocket propulsion manufacturing operations.

The role covers three main areas:

• Thermal rubber insulation and lay‑up work.
• General assembly assistance working alongside engineers during integration.
• Component handling and machining floor support, including part setup, basic inspection, and deburring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
• Technical diploma or vocational background in mechanical or manufacturing disciplines; high school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or a certificate in a relevant trade preferred.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining common workshop machinery and tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Prior aerospace or defense exposure is a plus.
