Workshop Manager

We are looking for a bright, highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Workshop Manager to support the Aftersales Manager in running an efficient and driven workshop at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Run a high‑volume prestige workshop that operates with over 20 productive technicians.
• Ensure repairs are ‘Fixed First Visit’ meeting quality workmanship and outstanding customer service standards.
• Manage retail customers and JLR breakdowns.
• Support the Aftersales Manager and supervise workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Current experience as a workshop controller or manager in a similar environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal ability.
• Passion for a prestigious brand and a drive to succeed.
