Workshop Lead

CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead workshop operations, ensuring production, assembly, testing, and delivery targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong industrial, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing background who enjoys mentoring teams and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise workshop activities, assembly, testing, and production schedules
• Lead, mentor, and support workshop personnel and Trade Assistants
• Coordinate labour, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines
• Oversee quality control, testing processes, and documentation requirements
• Maintain a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment
