Workshop Foreman - UAE

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Workshop Foreman to lead and control daily workshop operations ensuring safe, efficient and high quality maintenance and repair of heavy earthmoving equipment while managing manpower resources and work priorities in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workshop Operations & Planning: coordinate manpower (mechanics, electricians, welders, helpers), monitor job progress, ensure on‑time completion, and liaise with site teams and planners regarding machine availability.
   • Plan and allocate resources for daily workshop tasks.
2. Technical Leadership: provide hands‑on technical support and fault‑finding when required, diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company standards.
