Workplace Wellbeing & Safety Specialist

Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue seeks an experienced occupational capacity and safety specialist to partner with supervisors and management, providing guidance and support, and helping to implement effective solutions for work ability and workplace safety.

You will develop models for work ability management, support risk assessments, and promote proactive safety practices, using the Aino system and related reporting to drive data‑driven decisions.
