JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Supplies
o Receives and consolidates and budgets office supplies request received from all EDD departments and project in charge for issuance and purchase
o Prepares purchase request for SMEDD Office Supplies to manage and meet target inventory levels
o Issues requested office supplies and project supplies to all requestors
o Receives and distributes billings related to manpower service provider and supplies.
o Monitors and communicates the status of office supplies from Procurement and Suppliers to the requestor/s
o Receives office supplies from suppliers
o Receives and provides resolutions related to all concerns in office supplies within her capacity
o Receives and documents the damages office supplies fixed asset for repair.
o Generates goods issuance reports (GR) through SAP to review any open transactions
o Issue PPEs for employees
