About the Role
Conduct interviews, gather and assess evidence, and document findings in accordance with best practices
Prepare clear, comprehensive investigation reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations
Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on investigation processes and complaint resolution
Support early resolution, mediation, and workplace restoration efforts, where appropriate
Advise internal stakeholders on managing workplace complaints and investigation processes
Provide subject matter expertise to HR partners on early resolution and mediation strategies
Develop tools, resources, and frameworks to strengthen investigation practices and consistency
Lead the engagement of external investigators through the Vendor of Record (VOR) process
Act as an escalation point within the HR model, providing expert guidance on complex matters
