Workplace Experience Lead - Front Desk & Guest Services

JLL is seeking a dynamic Workplace Experience Ambassador to support its Amazon client at the Dubai office. You will be the face of the workplace, greeting employees, managing visitor flows, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing hospitality services and basic AV support.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or facilities, strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with IWMS or CAFM. Arabic is a plus but English is mandatory. On-site position in Dubai, UAE.
