Job Description
Description We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support daily front-office operations in Portland, Oregon. This is a Contract position expected to run for 3-4 weeks, with the potential for extension based on business needs. In this role, you will help create a welcoming and well-organized office environment by assisting visitors, coordinating meeting spaces, and handling routine administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, guests, and service providers while maintaining a detail-oriented front-desk presence
• Coordinate contract access badges and assist with visitor check-in procedures
• Escort visitors or vendors as needed to appropriate locations within the office
