+ Active involvement in application management: maintaining and developing the existing application portfolio, handling new application requests, and managing the end-to-end process for all software renewals

+ Advising and supporting CRD users, and independently managing escalations

+ Coordinating with various stakeholders (CRD, SIS, and others) and supporting the oper-ations team in day-to-day business

+ Creating and maintaining process documentation, instructions, checklists, and knowledge base articles (CTO-IT)

+ Analysing license usage to optimise the CTO application portfolio, as well as contributing to projects and requirements analysis
