Job Description

Learn and actively participate in all aspects of production operations
Operate and be trained on equipment such as moulders, rip saws, and sanders
Run your assigned section of the production line to produce finished goods (e.g., baseboard, window trim, door components)
Supervise and support a small team of operators by providing direction, training, and technical assistance
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
Oversee production activities including safety, productivity, and required documentation
Perform quality control checks and report any non-conforming products immediately
Escalate safety concerns promptly to the Shift Supervisor or Safety Officer
What You Bring
Previous experience in a lead hand or supervisory role in a manufacturing/production environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
