• Driving change enablement as part of large transformation programs
• Developing digital adoption strategies, working closely with some of the world’s largest enterprise tech providers
• Reinventing operating model and redesigning organization structure to drive their growth agenda
• Shaping transformational leaders

• Creating skills and learning strategies and career pathways
• Develop and implement change roadmaps that integrate AI solutions with organizational processes and workforce structures
• Identify emerging workforce capabilities and future skills requirements driven by AI adoption and digitalization trends
