**Job Description Summary**: The Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end quality of HR Lifecycle and Workforce Administration process delivery in the region. The Operations Leader will manage a team of onboarding and workforce administration (hires, job changes, exits, organizational change) specialists and provide compliant wing-to-wing process delivery. This is a strategic role responsible for building a brand-new team in GE Vernova to support the transformation of our Workforce administration and lifecycle services.

- Partner across the Vernova People Ops team to help design a future state organization that is positioned to deliver a seamless service experience. Ensure the team has the resources necessary to perform their job responsibilities.
