Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations to lead end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations for our Contracting and EPC business. The role requires strong expertise in hiring for construction, engineering, project management, and corporate functions, along with hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance coordination, and HR process improvement.
