Responsibilities

+ Analyze and process complex and technically difficult workers’ compensation claims by thoroughly investigating and gathering all relevant information to determine claim exposure.

+ Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation claims, including cases of increased severity, while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
