Workday Senior Engineer

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf on one of the world’s renounced Academic Research Institute that provides learning and Education to people.

This role is based in Makati City and requires a Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) work setup and mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).

The Workday Senior Engineer (Absence/Benefits) will also use their knowledge of Workday configuration to advise on pre requisites for any new development requests and ensure that technical constraints are fully understood. This role will also require close partnership with our HR Operations area, working with colleagues to implement continuous improvements in our HR Solutions application offering.
