Position Summary
As a Workday Reporting Analyst you will be part of Agilent’s Global HR Digital Team within HR Shared Services, supporting our Workday platform across 30+ countries. You’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver and standardize operational reporting through Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending) and dashboards to support strategic decision‑making.
- Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic using deep knowledge of Workday business objects and data sources.
- Own and evolve global HR reporting governance, including report inventory, standards, certification, and access controls.
