Job Description
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
• Serves as a technical specialist for the Workday Advance Compensation, Core Compensation and Core HR function. Knowledge of Workday Integration and Security is a bonus
• As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in the areas of Compensation and Core HR.
• Working knowledge on loading bulk data using EIB.
• Good understanding in setting up of Compensation Elements, Comp Plan assignment and Job Profile/Salary Ranges; Benefits; HR Foundational Data; BP configuration; and Calculated Fields
• Involves creative, independent solutions that will be adopted by HR corporate-wide.
• May leads complex HR projects domestically.
• Work collaboratively with other technical specialist, with guidance from the Senior Technical Lead
