• Act as the bridge between business teams and Workday – capturing requirements, mapping processes, and shaping how the system supports real-world operations.
• Analyse current processes and configurations to identify smarter, more efficient ways of working across HCM and Financials.
• Own the change approach for Workday initiatives – ensuring people understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how to adopt it.
• Work with senior leaders and operational teams to align on priorities, drive decisions, and embed new ways of working.
