Work from Home Appointment Setter (DM Based)

About the Role:

We’re onboarding remote independent appointment setters who can operate autonomously — finding their own leads, warming them up, and booking appointments.

This is a 100% commission‑based role. Contractors manage their own leads and outreach independently.

No hourly pay, quotas, or required schedules.



What You’ll Do:

• Find your own leads (Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, etc.)

• Warm up prospects

• Book appointments manually or send them to our booking page

• Create meeting links and update the Leads_Master sheet

• Handle follow‑ups and reschedules

• Send agreements and Stripe links only when a client is ready to buy

• Optional: receive weekly lead batches



Compensation:

• 10% commission per closed deal where you were the setter

• 10% recurring commission for returning clients you originally set
